Bella Donna roughly translates to 'beautiful woman' but is also the name of a plant used in history to dilate the pupils of the eyes for the sake of seduction, with the price of blindness.

This is a song and a message about memory, expectation, insecurity, and about taking a long look at ourselves in the mirror.
